Blount County Ecumenical Action Council

Welcome!

Blount County Ecumenical Action Council is a body of individuals, churches, and organizations that join with one another as people of faith for the collective task of building a just and compassionate community for all of God's family.

BCEAC does this through:
  1. Community ministry relating to hunger, homelessness, afforable housing, healthcare, drugs and violence, racism and other forms of discrimination
  2. Community-wide worship
  3. Fellowship and dialogue that foster respect for one another as well as enhance our unity in Christ.
Recognizing the presence of person and groups of other faith traditions in our community and out sense of all belonging to God's one family, we pledge ourselves to reach out to these individuals and faith communities for fellowship and for opportunities of ministering together in areas of common commitment.
